With 870’s I always think of walnut on guns with wood stocks. Also I think black plastic for polymer versions. I’ve seen Blaze Orange plastic, metal police folders, and Walnut, but that’s about it. I don’t get out much, lol.
On my 870 Police Magnum, I am redoing the wood stock and foregrip . I’m also doing a Wingmaster set for a friend. The Wingmaster is walnut but the Police Mag appears to be Maple. What do you think?
My question is what woods did Remington use for is police magnums. Maple is my guess, it’s a very light wood with zero figure. What do yall think?
