Replacement Barrel For Express Tactical?

Hello - I got an 870 Express Tactical for home defense. Now thinking of learning to shoot skeet for more practice/ better target acquisition, etc.
But I'm told my 18.5" barrel won't be allowed in local skeet locations, that a 21" minimum is required.
I understand barrel replacement is fairly easy and I can do it myself.
So the question would be which barrel to get. Looking online I see several options - any suggestions or experience people have had with this task?

I like 26 inch barrel but it also important to have a proper choke.

Question is your Express Tactical magazine a 6 round or a 4 round +2 shot extension?
If its the 6 round mag your going to need another shotgun.

Bad part about a tactical. Maybe an aftermarket maker will offer longer tactical barrels but I doubt it.
