New to the 870 platform

Hey y'all. I just got my first 870 Express. I actually inherited it. So I looked it up on line and saw the upgrades you can do to it.
So now I'm looking to upgrade it into a tactical 870. But I also want to reduce wieght. I know the Magpul furniture is heavy-ish. So I figured I would join a group of like minded folks.
