Post by J-wall »

I wanted to check in and thank this great community for all of your help.

I have a synthetic 12ga Express, non-mag, on it's was to my gun shop. Thanks to the info here, I also have an S&J follower, steel extractor, and a supercell recoil pad en-route to my house.

Again, I appreciate the fantastic info here and the helpful nature of the community. I will try to post progress and pics. Thanks!

Which part of the great state of Tennessee are you located?

Lawrenceburg, in Southern Middle TN.

I got my 870 in yesterday. I have not gotten to shoot it yet, but it seems to run great. All my upgrades have gone on pretty flawlessly and I look forward to testing it next week. I have enjoyed cleaning it and learning to assemble/dissassemble it with Synchronizer's help.

Thank you a for the welcome - I will try to add some pics soon.

Welcome, shoot 1oz -1 1/8 oz 1200 fps or less shells for fun and clays and you will have a lot less recoil and fun until you get more experienced with your shotgun.
