Hello from Illinois
I bought 2 12 gage 870's Friday. Remington had the $60 rebate on the 870 which made it a good time to buy. I bought myself the Tactical with Ghost ring sights. I bought my son the 12 28" express in synthetic. $400 for the Tactical and $300 for the field riffle. They had to order both rifles but they should be in Tuesday. I'm looking at flash light mounts on Amazon and cheaper than dirt. So many options to choose from. Suggestions and pictures would be great.

Welcome to the forum.
Lights for the 870 come in a few broad categories. First, you have light clamps that attach to the barrel and/or mag tube, and hold a standard tubular-shaped flashlight. These are pretty straightforward, and you get some flexibility to choose the light based on your budget & desired performance.

Then, there are your typical weaponlights - like you'd put on an AR or handgun - that attach to rails. You can add rails to several areas of an 870, including the mag tube, fore-end, and receiver. These lights are nice and compact, and are easier to pop off when you don't need them; but they tend to be spendy for a quality light, and battery life might not be great. There are also rail-mountable flashlight clamps that work like the above.

Then you have integrated lights, which are built-in to special fore-ends or magazine caps. Really straightforward to install, and they don't get in the way of taking the gun apart to clean or re-configure it, but they are not cheap. The integrated fore-end light units also tend to be a bit bulky and heavy.
