Why did it take so long for me to get an 870? I just picked up my Police Magnum (24901) and I love this gun! I completely disassembled it and gave it a good cleaning. I put a box of field loads through it and it's a great handling gun. I have the Remington +2 ordered and also a nice leather sling. Hopefully that stuff will be here by the weekend. I plan on putting many more rounds through it then.
Anyhow, with my lurking here, y'all convinced me that I really needed one! Thanks!

I said the same. Put off buying a marine magnum for years. Always wanted one. Finally broke down and ordered one last month.
