MOE forend with XTM panels?

MOE forend with XTM panels?

Has anyone added a couple of rail sections to the side of the 870MOE forend with some XTM panels to make it a little wider. I picked up one but it seems kind of skinny, I have tons of XTM panels left over from AR builds and just was giving it some thought. I don't have any rail sections to try it but it looks like 3 might fit on there pretty nice...

Something like this...

Really contemplating Magpul's new hand stop on the bottom of the MOE Foreend. http://store.magpul.com/product/MAG511/46 Just wish I didn't have to use the rail w/it and they could just attach into the slots themselves....

I thought of that too, either the handstop or an AFG2. But it really was the width that got me, I ended up going with a Surefire forend which is plenty wide and then some!
