I wanted to say hello from Seattle. I have 870 Wingmaster and 2 Express models.
With the info I have found on this forum I recently started to upgrade one of the Express models. So far I have done the carrier dog spring, non-mim extractor, 18.5" parkerized rifle sight barrel, Hogue 12" stock and forend. The S&J follower and jumbo safety are on order.
Im very happy with the results. I was able to take an old bird gun I have had for 21 years and give it a new life as my new range/hd gun. The second Express model I have will be a bit more of a tactical model when I get to it. The Wingmaster will stay untouched as it is perfect as is IMO.
Thank you to the site host. Great website/forum.
Cheers,
MrSunday
Here is a photo of the Express models. Last week they were twins

mrsunday:
Nice looking pair. The parkerized barrel looks to be a good color match to the magazine tube and receiver, is that the case when you see them in person? Either way they're well finished guns, I'm just curious.
thanks and regards,
Jeff
