Decent Rail Mounted Tactical Light

I'm looking for a recommendation for an affordable, decent pictanny rail mounted light. Streamlights get great reviews but they are expensive and I'm not ready to spend that much now. I have a Magpul forend that I'll be adding a section of rail for a light. Any suggestions? It seems adding a 1" diameter offset ring mount with a Surefire LED light would be a good value as together they would come to about $45.

Nebo has a very small 190 lumen light that is picatinny mounted. It also has a strobe function. I beleive they are about $30-$40 on Amazon. I have one that I picked up at Walmart awhile back for a cheap light for my HD breecher style 12 ga and was pleasantly surprised. All I did was change the battery out as the supplied one was no good and it has been treating me well ever since. It is stupid bright and stands up well to the elements. I actually installed it on my new build for now until I purchase a streamlight. Here is a pic.
