Another Newb

Hello everyone. Retired cop with many years of 870 experience, but a question about a 20 gauge 870 Express Youth Model I just bought. The book says the magazine capacity is 4 rounds with either 2 3/4" or 3" shells, but I can only load 3 of the 3" variety. I took the spring and follower out to see if something was hanging up, up everything looks normal. That 4th round will go about halfway in, but no further.

Welcome to the forum from Texas! I believe the capacity is 4 with 2 3/4” and 3 with 3”.

Thanks! If that's the case, it's working exactly as designed. It might just be a misprint in the manual...I'll have to read it again.
