Hi everyone.I am a new member,57 years old and have been hunting and fishing for almost my whole life.I have found a lot of knowledge herr among you and would like to ask if you can explain the difference between a remington 870 express magnum and a wingmaster?I just bought a used express magnum and it is an superb Gun for Me.

Expresses are value-oriented, utilitarian guns with basic matte finishes & plastic or laminate furniture. Wingmasters are high-end, dressed-up 870s with polished bluing, chromed bolts, and fancy hardwood. Mechanically, the two guns are identical, so it's really just a difference in appearance and price. Expresses are also available in a wider variety of factory configurations, while most Wingmasters are just classic bird or clay guns without a lot of extras stuck on (though they can accept all the same parts & accessories as Expresses, of course).
