What's up?
So I'm new here, wanted to make a brief introduction.
Just bought a new 870 Express Synthetic (7 round) last week - excited to be an 870 owner!

Bought it specifically for home defense.
Only mods I plan on making are a Blackhawk Specops NRS adjustable stock** which I've already ordered, and MAYBE a forend light - (Surefire). I might be making some changes to the sights as well, but time and lots of shooting will decide if that's needed. I'm definitely a K.I.S.S. fan when it comes to things that are intended to protect me and mine.

I'll just say this upfront, I'm pretty cherry at shotguns, this is my first one. Been more of a handgun guy up until recently. So it's interesting learning all the mechanics.

** I've been in contact with a rep from Blackhawk, seems that the Specops adjustable line is on "production hold" in order to "further evaluate the product". So when production resumes I might get one of the recoil suppression stocks, assuming the 'cheek slap' issue is squared away in the new version.
