Looking for a Barrel Clamp
Looking for a Barrel Clamp
I've been looking around for a barrel clamp for my 870 express and I was hoping for some feedback on good ones. Maybe ones that you have on your shotgun or stuff you've heard. I've been looking at the ProMag Tactical Shotgun Barrel Clamp. Ideas? Anything and everything helps. Thanks everybody.

I agree about the forward bbl clamp and sling point by Magpul. Great quality, design and function!

I'm looking for one that I can attach a flashlight to as well.

Looking for a Barrel Clamp
Mesa tactical makes a very nice clamp w/a small 2" rail that is very nice also. It's a bit more expensive than the CDM but all these choices are up to you!
Re: Looking for a Barrel Clamp
Heres the Mesa Clamp. It is pricey--$84.99

Anybody know anything about this one?

Re: Looking for a Barrel Clamp
I'd never seen that Pro Mag Clamp before. It looks just like the Mesa. What i do know is i'm not a really big fan of Pro Mag stuff i'm sorry to say. I have handled their Stock sytems before, and they were total junk IMO. But hey, maybe that clamp would be ok. It does fit the bill for what you you're looking for, and clamps are not rocket science to build. For the price, i'd try it, you can always return it if it turns out not to be good quality.

Re: Looking for a Barrel Clamp
Thank you so much. Youve been a lot of help actually. I'll let you know how it works.
