Hi everyone,
My name is Andrea Underwood, and I’m excited to join the community. I’ve recently started getting more interested in firearms and outdoor shooting, and I’m looking forward to learning from experienced members here.
I currently own a Remington 870 and have been enjoying practicing with it so far. I’d love to hear any beginner tips regarding maintenance, upgrades, or recommended accessories.
This forum seems like a great place with knowledgeable people, and I’m happy to be part of it.
Looking forward to chatting with you all!
Thanks,
Andrea Underwood

Welcome and howdy.
The best tips that I can think of immediately are (1) learn to disassemble and re-assemble your 870 for cleaning, and (2) use light lube like RemOil. Nothing heavy that will collect dirt.
And most of all shoot it often and enjoy!
