Need Recommendation Light/Laser for 870

I am very new to gun ownership. I just bought a Remington 870 20 Ga for home defense. I want a laser/light on the gun. I would like to spend less than $200 on it as the SureFire DSF Forend is too expensive for a Home defense which I hope to never use. I have never shot a gun before and will start going to a range and practice. I have no experience so please help me choose what you think is best.

Please let me know what you recommend by providing links or the model I need. From research, I think I need to buy two products such as the rail and the laser/light to mount on my gun. I know the laser is useless on a shotgun however I like it because in case of home intrusion, the intruder might get more scared from a laser than a flashlight and it looks "cool" too

Does your 20ga have a magazine extension installed?

No it does not have an magazine extension. I have attached the image of the gun

Yeah, that has a magazine extension.

CDM makes a clamp-on rail for 20ga 870s. That would clamp to both your barrel and mag extension, and offer a stable base for whatever rail-mount light and/or laser you want to use. They have one or two other 20ga light mounts as well.
