I was using this GG&G follower and every time I tried to reload all 6 into the mag tube with either extension kit(Remington and Wilson Combat ) it would not allow me to load all 6, at first it would but after about 12 shells through it it would feel like something was getting stuck in the tube. I have tried the Wilson Combat Scatter Gun Tech green follower (see pic) and it seems to allow me to load all 6 into the tube. Here are also pics of the GG&G follower I was using, if this is the problem I really wish I could get my 30.00 dollars back I paid for it.
Thanks to all that answer my ? about this GG&G follower getting stuck into the mag tubes that I have tried to use.
1. Remington Mag tube 2+ shot kit
2. Scatter Gun Tech Wilson Combat 2+shot mag tube Extension Kit.
Also if anyone knows do or has got a Wilson Combat Mag tube Extension do you have to use the wave washer. Thanks to all that Reply.

Here is some free software that will re-size your photos so they don't chew up so much space on the page. A good rule of thumb for pictures is 800x600 or smaller. Another trick is to upload your photos to Photobucket and then link to them in your post rather than attaching them to your message.

Re: Follower issues?
Have you removed the dimples from your magazine tube? If you still have the dimples, you need the GG&G slotted follower.

Re: Follower issues?
yes dimples have been removed, I have not had any issues with the green plastic follower shown in the pic. Also those pics where resized to a lower resolution.

Your pix are 1024 x 768. For this board, 400 x 300 would work better, like this:

Re: Follower issues?
I'm a big fan of quality plastic followers, never had a problem. I only use S&J followers in my HD and hunting 870's now. I will be installing one in my newly acquired Mossberg 500 Persuader as soon as I can figure out how to get the damn mag tube off without screwing it up!
I believe the plastic followers may be a little more forgiving of imperfections, dirt, powder residue etc. in the mag tube than a finely machined stainless follower. Just my 2 cents.

The joint where the magazine meets the extension is probably snagging the sharp machined follower. If a plastic follower solves the problem id just leave it at that. If not you might need to correct the issue. Using a follower with a tail might also help. The tail keeps the spring more neatly stacked under compression.

Re: Follower issues?
first off, metal on metal without lube is a very, bad idea.
unfinished metal on metal is very, very bad idea.
Stainless steel is famous for "galling" this is another reason not to use it
Stainless has no Lubricity at all.
To top that off you do not want to be using any lube other then possably a dry film lube in a shot gun mag tube, its to easy to get dirt into and very little room to get it out.
Yes our company does make the best aftermarket mag follower on the market, but this is not a sales pitch, the best product for a mag follower is some type of Teflon impregnated plastic.
Our product the "no jam" mag follower is CNC machined from solid Dupont Delrin, and has a very high Lubricity rating and will not be affected by most chemicals you would uses on a firearm.
If you still have the 1911 v Glock thing stuck in your head and cant wrap your mind around the idea of a plastic working better then metal, then look at a anodized Teflon coated aluminum follower.
Just remember as soon as that surface treatment starts to wear off you will be back to metal on metal, and your follower will start to stick again.
