Hi.
It's the synthetic stock of my Synthetic Express 18".
I used too much force with the screw driver and it destroyed the head of the screw.
I want to buy new ones at a screw & nut & bolt shop. But I don't know how to tell them in industrial standard manner.
I searched on the internet/ my Rem 870 user manual but found none.

Different pads use different screws, so it's hard to say without more information. Try just taking the stripped screw in, and see if they can find something similar. You could also call Remington and order a replacement. It'll cost a few dollars more, but you'll have the exact screw you need.
