Carlson's vs Remington choke tubes

Hey,

I would like to get an ic choke for shooting slugs. Should i go with remington's own choke tubes or carlson's. I think the price is about the same. Does carlson's tube extend out of the barrel or does it go in like remingtons, to be leveled with the barrel mouth.

Both Remington and Carlson's offer flush and extended choke tubes. I haven't heard anything bad about either brand.
