My "1976" Remington 870 - just completed refinishing the furniture.

The 870 started life as a pistol griped tactical express model. The guy who won it in a raffle sold all the plastic furniture and the barrel then lost interest in the build. I purchased the unfired remains for $75 and now its my favorite upland hunting shotgun. I kept things simple with a 21 inch barrel, 2 shot extension and a laminated stock with the recoil devouring Limbsaver pad.

I think the dark wood looks cool, kind of a military surplus look, its a 18.5 inch barrel with an extended xtra full choke and a 2 round magazine extension. It has a Remington scope mount and Bushnell red dot and a Limbsaver recoil pad.

I think the dark wood looks cool kind of reminds me of some old school military shotguns that I have seen pictures off.

Very nice! Is that a 20” barrel with a +3 mag extension? Also do you have an extended/protruding choke on it?

Nice, I love those riot forearms, they just look right on shotguns without a vent rib.
