Just installed this very one on my 870 build - extremely nice - a lot beefier than the stock clamp. The clamp and the picatinny rail are sold separately, at least from where I bought them. The clamp included one of the quick-disconnect type sling swivels. Pricey, like Automag said - the clamp kit and rail kit were about $99.00 including shipping from CMC Gov. Supply. They don't actually stock these items, they order from Mesa when you place the order with them. Took two weeks to get from the time I placed the order to the time they arrived. The clamp set was $60-something, and the picatinny rail kit was another $21 or so. I'm very happy with this set.
