Definitely frustrating. I talked to Cody yesterday. They are turning their attention on this big production run for sure, and will get back to custom work very soon, but no date yet. I think I lucked out because I included brand new LPA sights in the package with my shipment. I got the sights in the mail in about 3 days. VC will silver solder the front sight and tap my receiver for a rail and the rear sight, plus the barrel work, safety, ceracote, etc. Anyway, last night I finally got a quote which turns in to a work order, but I think the machining/welding work is done and I'm waiting on Ceracote (burnt bronze). PS - the VC rear site is one piece, and I really wanted a rail so I could swap in a red dot some time in the future. That's why I went with the LPA rail mount rear and separate rail.
I'm very anxious to get the finished product!

I did call and talked to Codi on 27 May. Same story - still concentrating on contract guns. He thought two weeks and they planned to get back custom work. That was two weeks ago. They've had my 870P since November. 8 months is too long. @Ralton1a? Any luck your end??

Cody did mention sights he was still waiting for. I sent LPA sights with the gun, so I figured I might be in luck...Still "no joy"
