Magpul SGA stock not lining up flush

Yes, i ordered another Magpul SGA stock. Amazon has a good return policy so if the new stock fits correctly then i'll return the old one. I will definitely post updates.

New stock went on, same issue. Seems to be slightly better but the angles still aren't perfect. At least I know I didn't just get a bad one so I'm happy. Despite this small issue, the stock is amazing.

I hadn't noticed this before, but reading your post I had to go look through pictures of mine.


Mine is the exact same way and I can't say that I ever noticed, nor care at this point. I'm OCD about some things too, but this is probably going to have to be one of those things you need to get over as I doubt another stock is going to be any different. Sorry.

well it makes me feel better that i'm not alone. I'm getting used to it now. It's just one of those things. i'm in love with the stock though. it's awesome. i'll be getting the M-lok forend here soon too.

side note.

how do you like that big dome safety? I'm thinking about doing the vang comp safety here soon.

for me a big dome safety is a must. I deactivate the safety with the inside of my trigger finger as I roll into the trigger guard. much simpler.

I simply leave the safety on fire. No rolling needed

I was always taught to never trust a mechanical safety anyway. Treat every gun as if it were loaded, blah blah blah. That works out really well in situations such as this one.

Just got the Vangcomp safety on this weekend. Pretty awesome part, definitely happy with the upgrade.

I Love the Vang Comp Safety..you should look into their barrel upgrades? I sent em' an 18in. Police Cylinder bore barrel. Waiting to get it back..
