stock for 870 20 gauge with 12" LOP?

I'm a short woman with short arms. I have a Remington 870 Magnum Express which I use for home defense.
The original wooden stock has been cut down to give a LOP (with recoil pad) of 13 inches,and this is still too long for me.
I need a stock with a 12 inch LOP.
I would prefer buying a new stock rather than cutting down the current one further,but cannot find one that would work for my shotgun.
The Hogue Overmold short LOP would be perfect but it seems they don't make them for 20 gauge,only 12 gauge.
Anyone know where I can find the stock I need?

Remington makes 12" LoP stocks for their 20ga Express Compact Jr 870s. You should be able to order one of these from their parts department, just make sure they understand you're after the 12" junior stock, not the 13" compact stock. I can try to track down a part number if you'd like, but Remington's parts list doesn't give the LoP for most of their stocks, so I'll have to cross-reference it with some other documentation to have any degree of confidence, and you'll still want to double-check with Remington anyway. If it helps, I believe the order number for that junior model is #81161 (or at least it was in the 2013 catalog).

My wife is also short with short arms and she has the 870 Express 20 gauge youth model. Like yours, the original stock is just a little too long for her and with a recoil pad it is longer still. We have been looking at the Akita stock from ATI http://www.atigunstocks.com/akita-adjus ... stock.html which has a 12 3/8 LOP and comes with the Scorpion recoil pad. The other option we have been concidering is to have the OE stock custom fitted to her. That route is a bit more expensive, but it would fit her right.

Here's the stocks table from Remington's 2014 catalog, with the 12" LoP 20ga 870 stocks highlighted. I believe these are full stock packages with mounting hardware
and recoil pads, so they wouldn't line up with any one entry on the parts price list. I have a SuperCell pad for my 12ga 870, and it's extremely comfortable.
