Picatinny Foregrips
Picatinny Foregrips
I'm looking for a foregrip to mount a flashlight on. I prefer the picatinny mount option so I can get away without a clamp that could ruin my finish. I am concerned with about comfort and having a good grip on the firearm if SHTF...that being said I'm not sure about having a rain on the underside of the forearm. Anyone know of reasonably priced forearm that fits that description and/or has anyone fit picatinny's to their stock foregrip? Really all i need is an inch or two for a mount.

The Magpul forend gives you the option of mounting on either side or bottom of the forend.

That's defiantly your best option. I use it with a small cantilever rail (to give it a bit of clearance for the top rail/heatshield) on the left side for my flashlight.

And a slightly larger 5" rail on the bottom for the AFG. I leave the right with no rail as i don't use other attachments and it would just be extra weight. But as you can see they come in different sizes so if you plan there is no need for any extra rail sticking out to catch or abrade clothing and skin.
