I believe the barrel is a 30 inch ribbed barrel. It says 12 gauge Magnum for 3 inch shells on the barrel. Also has does not have a removable choke tube but says full on the barrel closer to the receiver does that mean it would be equal to a full choke?

Remington didn't introduce their RemChoke system until 1986. All barrels made before that year had fixed chokes (unless someone had custom work done). If it says "full" on the barrel, it should have a fixed full choke (again, unless the previous owner had it opened up for closer-range work).
