Issues with my new Remington 870

Hello,
I’m having an issue with the magazine tube on my 870 Express. Whenever I load a shell into the magazine tube, it seems to slip back out and end up in the area underneath the bolt inside the receiver.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what was the cause and how did you resolve it?

Any chance you can post a pic of the shell latch front tips on both the right and left side, as this way we can see what you have going on. Also is this a new shotgun, or used? If used, any idea of how many rounds through it?
