Sorry to tell you that the 870 express tactical has a one piece mag tube. That means you cannot put a 14” barrel on it and if you did the mag tube would stick out further.

Hmm, 18.5 to 14? That raises a few questions, mainly about the short barrel length. 4.5 inches isn't a concern, except to ......
