Told you it was finished and would ship that day and then didn't.

I got a tracking number from UPS. Finally. Estimated arrival is Wednesday (Nov 30th) before 9pm. Still hoping to get to get to the range for a side-by-side with Jr's unmodified 870P and will report in slugs and buckshot. I've got a Magpul SGA butt stock, but other than that 5min job, I hope I make the range next weekend and it's all set to go..

Got my 870P back from Vang Comp today. I had a big dome safety on the list and shipped it in a case. I didn't get either. However, I did get a very nice shotty!

I do love it, and now that I have it in my hands, I'm happy. VC has been cool. The NIB LPA rear sight I sent to get rail mounted somehow got mangled (not completely), I never got the Big Dome Safety, and I didn't get the case I shipped it in. Vang refunded the cost of the LPA rear sight, and will send me the case with the safety in it. The whole process took 13+ months. Very happy with the work! More to report I'm sure!

Quick update: The errant case showed today with the big dome safety inside. 7.58 nanoseconds to install the safety and I'm whole. I did get reimbursed for the damaged LPA sight. I'm whole again!
@BKinzey - thanks man! Just think! On this day one year ago I was waiting with my charge card.
Now I need a new 1911 carry (3"). I think I wore my current carry pistol out by pulverizing the reverse plug until I broke it. Twice. Apparently the importer went out of business.
