Quick Release on a Wood Stock?

My Wingmaster has a wood stock with a standard Remington sling stud. Does anyone know of a quick release (push button or similar) that can attach to the stud?

Like a quick release cup on a ring or something that would attach to the stud.

There are QD sockets that look like very large set screws. One could prepare a hole then screw and glue into your stock wherever you please: bottom, side, etc. Probably avoid the wrist because its pretty thin already.
