Hello from Fort Worth, Texas!

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and live in Fort Worth, Texas. I was born in this area and lived here my whole life. I am a diehard 2A supporter that is almost 60 years old. Looking around the forum a little bit has made me appreciate the beautiful shotguns that yall own.

I was wondering if very many of you own a Remington 887 Nitro-Mag Tactical? I have read some articles on the internet about the firing pin problems that some of them have had. I bought mine right after they first came out. When I saw an article about it in one of my magazines, I ran straight down to Cabela's and bought one. I have never had any problems with mine - I love it and will never sell it.

Anyway, I look forward to learning more about 870's and drooling over the photos of your magnificent shotguns.

Welcome and howdy from South East Alaska. Have not used or own that particular shotgun, but would love some pics. Gun porn makes our day here. But my general rule of thumb is "if it ain't broke...." Enjoy that puppy!

Hello Scorpian8. Here is a photo of my little beauty! It looks brand new like it did when I bought it. I try to take care of my stuff. In the second photo, I have my shotgun disassembled for cleaning and inspection including the bolt/bolt head. Everything looked great!
