Extension Question

I have a 18.5 police barrel with the Vang Comp ports....my question is with a factory + extension work with the factory clamp or will the clamp run into the ports? I have the Wilson + 2 which works nothing wrong with it I was just gonna change it.

Does anyone have that setup or had to remedy that situation?

The factory Remington clamp will run into the ports and you cannot adjust the clamp either
