The gen 2 knoxx definitely hits the large safety. I think they corrected it on the 3 so any large safety will work, not just the WC.
After shooting 150 rounds with the PG I put the standard stock back on and sold my Gen 2. I have the same model and for me the PG was inferior when it came to comfort during training drills and properly shouldered the recoil reduction wasnt enough to warrant the wrist discomfort. I shoot mostly reduced recoil LE flight control.
