I want to convert my son's youth 20 gauge combo (deer/turkey-2.75" and 3" receiver) to an adult length gun.
Will 12 gauge replacement stock and forearms fit the 20 gauge receiver and magazine?

12ga fore-ends cannot be used on small-frame 20ga 870s. 12ga stocks can be installed on small-frame receivers with the use of an adapter. However, Remington does offer adult (standard length of pull) stocks for small-frame 20ga guns. One of those will fit the receiver better, and you won't have to spend extra on an adapter. Depending on which stock the gun currently has, an Adjustable Length of Pull Spacer Kit might also be an option.
