I've owned an 870 Tac-2 for about eight years now. I've experimented with several different types stocks and forearm types. I have one of the previous generation Surefire Forearm light systems, but my fingers are too short and stubby to maintain a proper grip for recoil control. I'm trying to find if there is a magazine tube lighting system that can be used with a 20 in barrel. I want to maintain a six-round magazine capacity (seven total with one in the chamber). Is anyone aware of a system or accessory that would accommodate this? My model has the factory magazine extension.
The image below is the model I currently own. The only difference is mine is OD Green. I'll also be purchasing the 20 in barrel soon.

Re: Magazine Tube Light Accessories
The gun in that picture has a 20" barrel and a Remington factory +3 magazine extension (for a 7+1 capacity with 2.75" shells). If you're buying a 20" barrel and your gun has a 6+1 capacity, does that mean your gun currently has an 18/18.5" barrel and a +2 extension?
Anyway, it sounds like you're looking for a light that's in-line with the magazine extension. Is that correct? Gorilla Combat markets a +2 magazine extension with a light on the end that is supposed to line up with a 20" barrel.

It's priced at 6,450 baht - about 196 USD at current exchange rates - but I'm sure you'll have to pay extra for shipping.
Another option is to build a custom extension tube with a light on the end. You can order unfinished 870 magazine tubes from Remington, which have threads in one end that are compatible with the threads in factory Remington extension couplings.

If you're the handy type (or you're owed a favor by someone else who is), it wouldn't be that difficult to shorten one of these to match a 20" barrel and build a light into the end.
