+2 mag extension help

I have been researching alot and I know there are many threads on topic but I have a specific question I need help with please. I have the 870 Home Defense with 18" barrel. I want a +2 mag extension that: 1.) sits about even with the length of the 18" barrel (I dont want one that sticks out past the barrel) and 2.) comes with a clamp (preferably one that has a swivel for sling). Can somebody please give advice. Im aware of the many brands but most dont give a description of how it will fit specifically on the 18" barrel. Thanks in advance

The Wilson Combat/Scattergun Tech +2 extensions are sized to match up with an 18" barrel. There are others out there, but the Wilson Combat is the only one I have hands-on experience with that I would recommend.

The thing is, Wilson Combat extensions use a single-piece design, and don't come with a clamp. There is a version of their +2 that has a sling plate with a standard sling stud, and it's a reasonable fit if you're running a barrel with a standard OD and spacing. If you don't like that though, you can remove the plate with a little grinding and add the clamp of your choice.
