LoL I feel ya guys I'm sure some people can find the "sweet spot" after it tapers down (where you are instructed not to put your face). But to me this seems like it would make consistantly shouldering the weapon more difficult. In a high stress situation you may not be thinking so clearly while shouldering and could end up I. A shitty spot. And ill tell ya, i could see it breakin your cheek bone or leavin ya bruised at the least. Just seems like a lot of variables for such an expensive stock when there are other options.

I agree. That is why I went with the riser removed. Feels right and no slap. I do have others adjust the stock and get it comfortable prior to shooting.

It is almost short enough to double as home defence.

23" barrel. Great for turkey season and seems like a perfect size for utility use or predator needs given the right choke and shot.

20" Wingmaster Rifle Sight barrel with an IC choke tube installed
Remington +3 extension, clamped with my S&J bayonet lug
Police Walnut furniture
TacStar sidesaddle (I don't always have the sidesaddle installed on the gun since I pull the trigger plate assembly out so often)

The ammo is Estate 2.75" 00B (no-one in the area has the smaller buckshot I prefer for HD right now, but I doubt anyone will argue with 00B) and Remington 2.75" 1oz Sluggers.

Nice, when do you plan to add bayonet? I see bayonet adapter installed on you Rem 870.

I have a bayonet, an Ontario M9. I just don't keep it installed on the shotgun at all times. It only takes a second to pop it on and off, and I'd rather not have that extra mass on the muzzle end unless there's a specific need for it.

Here it is on my 870, but with a different barrel.
