Eros from Italy sent me interesting story about his good experience with Aro-Tek which produces sights for Glock pistols:

I’ve got a Glock 17 and bought a full Aro-Tek sight set for my Glock.

When I went to the range to see how the gun will work with them I’ve found that I have to manage the alignment a bit…so I gently unscrewed the screws to align the rear sight to the front one….at this point I screwed the screws again and carefully tightened them. But at the end of the process I saw that the wrench went damaged and the screws too… so I didn’t had any replacement screws to fix my rear sight plate fixing…..this is why I thought it was a good idea to contact the Aro-Tek customer service…

The Aro-Tek site says that they do need about 72 hours to reply to your question: https://www.arotek.com/contactus.aspx but I’ve received an answer just after 1 hour after my question was sent to their customer service.

Here’s my question:
Hi I bought a full glock aro-tek sights set but when i went to the range to refine the setup of the sights or the right alligment I’ve got the allen edges of the two little screws that tighteen the rear sight rounded. I used the allen wrench that Brownells sent to me with the sights but something gone wrong. I did not expected the little allen wrench will damage my sight screws because I worked on it very very carefully due to the size of the two small screws. Now I’m trying to find out how I can buy or find some extra allen screws for my Aro-Tek rear sight because I want to fix them and I need them to be tight on my glock. I hope you can help me.Thank you a lot indeed.

My apologies for your difficulty with our sights.
We can mail you another Allen wrench and spare screws, it will probably take more
than a week for you to receive them.

What else I can say… this is really good answer and I didn’t expect a reply like that… I will receive new wrench and screws. So I want to say a big thank you to Mr Morris Dagley and to all the Aro-Tek!
