Like I said in the other thread you started on this, you should compare the receiver's shell-handling capacity and action version against what you want to use this gun for. If that all lines up and the gun's in good shape, I'd say it's well worth $300.

IMO something is worth whatever you're willing to pay for it. It looks to have possibly been refinished? The folding stock could be worth a good bit by itself to someone looking for one.
