Will it make sense to add +1 extension tube to Remington 870 Tactical (Magpul)

It’s 18.5” barrel model new shotgun which is listed as 6+1 capacity. Magpul furniture included.

I’m thinking to add +1 mag tube extension assuming it would sit flush with barrel. I’m looking at two options, Wilson Combat (O assume Scattergun is the same company) and SJ hardware version which is more expensive. Which one would you recommend? Need it to sit perfectly flush with the barrel and have same surface finish with the gun barrel/magazine tube.

Another point is that Wilson Combat listing says this kit is for 4 shots magazines of 870. Mine is already 6, does it mean the mag spring coming with kit will he short for my mag?
