Replacing front bead on Remington 870 Wingmaster

Sorry for the dumb question but- I broke the front, white, bead on my 12 ga shotgun and wanted to replace it with Hi-Viz Spark 3 Spark III Interchangeable Fiber Optic Shotgun Sight They also advertise a magnetic sight that fits over the rib. I don't know if that would be a better/easier replacement.
But my question is- do I need to also change the rear bead (a tiny silver bead) if I install one of these front sights?

Just looking at the Hi-Viz sight it's raised a little so if you align it with the rear you will be shooting low I would think.

If you find that your accuracy is off after installing a new front viewfinder, you should also consider replacing the rear bead to ensure correct alignment.
