Vintage Marine Magnum

Hi folks,
I have a Remington 870 Marine Magnum which I purchased in Los Angeles in early 1990's just after the Rodney King riots. I have had it all these years stored in a soft case and it has never been fired. I am wondering if this gun is valuable. I no longer have the box but otherwise it it brand new. Any ideas?
