My son finished his 870P refurb -Ceracoat

Now it's my turn! Same base trade-in 870 Police with a Surefire forened. As soon as I receive new sights and a rail section, the package goes off to Vang Comp for the following:

* Full barrel job
*Silver solder the LPA front sight
*Drill and tap, add rail, install (!) Rear rifle sight
* hack a half an inch off the bbl so it is closer to the mag extention 18.5 --> 18"

When I get it back I'll replace the synthetic rem stock with an adjustable Magpul and ceracoat both my version and my sons project (metal only, natch). I'll probably add a big dome safety and re-attach the shell carrier.

It should be pretty scarey. Ideas? What am I leaving out?
