I bought a Rem 870 Police Magnum, new, from Buds.
This was part of a project I had in mind, and incidentally, a bunch of stuff I had ordered elsewhere also arrived the same day. Long story short, it wasn't until a installed a picatinny top rail side saddle that I noticed the rifle sights were canted about 2-3 degrees off left of center.
Is this fixable? It drives me absolutely nuts looking down the pic rail sight channel or even through an optic and seeing those sights jacked to the left. It just makes me pissed off at my shotgun. And at Remington.
Do I have solutions, other than just buying a new barrel to drop in and crossing my fingers?

Re: Canted rifle sights on 870 police
Warranty.
Contact Bud's first, then Remington.
As for "fixes" I think weld and retap the holes is an option, and not the best one. Probably cheaper to buy another barrel?
I'm pushing for warranty.
