20 Gauge Recoil Pad / Butt Plate Suggestions

Just swapped out the laminated wooden stock on my 20 gauge 870 for a black "Express Synthetic Youth" stock. Unfortunately, there was no recoil pad included and the Remington wooden stock pad will not fit, nor will the attachment screw holes line up.

I'm looking to keep the shotgun as short as possible, and was hoping someone could recommend a source for either a thin recoil pad or a hard plastic butt plate made for this particular factory Remington synthetic stock.

It measures 4 3/4" top to bottom, and the screw holes are 3 1/4" apart.

I thought the stocks were all the same, but Numrich has this that you could sand down if it didn't fit quite right. https://www.gunpartscorp.com/products/74200A. Otherwise you might try one of those slip-on style available at most gunshops.

I took one of those OFF a shotgun to make it full-length. Lemme see if I have the pad sitting around.

The one I have looks like this (https://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/f301519) but it slips "inside" the synthetic stock, where yours looks to mount on the outside.
