Sight Alternatives

I own a Model 870 Express Deer, which I bought used from a friend.

My intent is to make it a self defense shotgun.

I've already added an extended buffer tube and a sling.

Now I'd like to change the sight.

It has the rear notch sight, which is not idea for quick acquisition.

I would prefer a ghost sight.

Also, the rear sight is about halfway up the barrel instead of on the receiver.

What is the best way to convert the notch to a ghost? Is there a standard ghost sight part that would replace the notch sight?
