Hey guys! Newbie here...
Ok I’ve been researching lots of places but can’t seem to find what I’m looking for... info or products.
I’m wanting a rifled barrel for my 2015 Remington 870 Tactical Magpul Edition FDE.
Does Remington offer a drop in replacement (no modification needed) rifled barrel?

Re: Rifled Barrels
The Hastings barrels for 870 are nicely finished barrels with quite a large following:

I am running one on one of my 870Ps with Magpul furniture:

And I am getting these sort of groups at 100 yards/meters .... 12ga:

Remington makes rifled barrels as well ....
Search for the following Remington part numbers:
Hope this helps ...

Re: Rifled Barrels
Oh ... one more hint ... rifled shotgun barrels a very very ammo sensitive .... meaning some sabots provide decent or good accuracy and other sabots will not at all.
My Hastings barrels likes Federal Power Shok Sabot Slugs. But it took me nearly $200.- in buying and trying different ammunition/sabots from different manufacturers ... and several trips to the gun range to figure that out.
Some of the ammo/sabots that I tested never even hit the paper at 100 yards/meters .... others would provide a group of 10 to 12 inches. Some would provide 4 inch groups .... but for my Hastings barrel the Federal Power Shok give me 2 to 2.5 inch groups now.
And every barrel is different .... you will have to go through some testing to find the ammo that works with your barrel.
Unfortunately sabot rounds are expensive and will empty your wallet quickly ...

Re: Rifled Barrels
I believe the Magpul Edition 870s are all built on the special Tactical receivers with nonstandard 6-round base magazine tubes. These are dedicated fighting variants, they're not designed to accept other standard 870 barrels. Other 12ga barrels can be installed with custom modifications or a special spacer, but neither approach is really ideal.

Also, I don't believe any fully-rifled slug barrels are offered that have sights that will match up with the receiver-mounted rail/rear sight on the Magpul Editions.
Smoothbore slugs are probably your best bet with the Magpul Edition model. They'll work well with the existing barrel and sights. If you're willing to spend money on advanced slug-hunting with a rifled barrel and spin-stabilized slugs, you may as well get a second gun for hunting purposes.
