I just purchased some XS big dot DXT sights and it didn't come with directions. Do I need a sight pusher to remove it or can I put the barrel in a vise and tap it out?
I believe you can simply drift front elements out & in with a sight pusher tool. However, I think there's some taper to the dovetail, so the sights have to be pushed out toward & in from one particular side of the base. Shouldn't be too tough to identify the wide & narrow sides.
EDIT:
I checked another machine, and the images are showing up there, so it might just be my outdated computer, or the old version of Chrome I'm stuck with. I feel like that really shouldn't interfere with displaying .JPG or .PNG images, but who knows. Computer people are making everything so darn complicated these days; maybe Tapatalk is heading in the same direction as Photobucket.

If you have a smart phone you can use the Tapatalk app and add your favorite forums it's easier to keep up with
Ugh, don't start telling me I need to get a smartphone. Anytime someone tries to start up that conversation, they wind up on the receiving end of a crotchety rant, and then get told to get off my lawn for good measure.
