Can anyone identify this light mount?

I really like the mount that Nighthawk uses on their shotguns. They don't seem to sell it separately, but I don't think it's something custom they are making. The mount from the magazine/barrel is Mesa Tactical - I am interested in the Picattiny rail to flashlight part of this equation. Any help is appreciated!

Slightly different angle - I think it mounts to the MOE hand guard...

It looks like a 30mm scope mount. it's on a pic rail, and most of them lights are 30mm, so that's my guess, it would work. See something like this B-square utility/scope mount. http://swfa.com/30mm-C618.aspx

Could be a CDM 870 mount. Im looking for a clean looking mount, but these run $55.
