Yeah, it's an old Wingmaster slug barrel, the same one I used to take this picture:

One of these days, I'll redo all my different 870 parts with a matching, high-end finish. For now though, the mismatch is a purely cosmetic issue, and it doesn't bug me.

Looks pretty neat to me mismatched. I had a tough time with my wingmater keeping it all blued. The shiny blueing iisn't as popular as the flat finishes nowadays.

Finally got the Mesa Tactical saddles installed on our rigs. Mine is a rail carrier and Gypsy's is just a side saddle.
Total capacity for mine is now 20, Gypsy's is 22. Zombies, beware.

I like the way my rail frames the front pin.

I also made myself a sling. Gypsy is a stitchin' Bitch and taught me how to use her sewing machine. I picked up the webbing and quick disconnects at her favorite fabric shop whilst she was looking for fabric to finish her halloween costume.

The connection between the sling and the weapon is a little long, but is easy enough to fix. I works OK for right now.

Don't know why the images got turned upside down. They look OK on the Photobucket side.

Fixed pics to be right side up.

Wow looks great! Everytime I see pics like that reminds me to take better pictures of mine. The ones I posted when I first joined were not very good.

870 Police, just put it together, Havent even fired it yet!

K.I.S.S. all the way. May even remove the sling. I'll leace all the "tactical" parts and the FDE/ODG parts for the AR's.....this is much more my style.

Hey Bronx629,
Newto forum and shotguns overall. I've just purchased a 870 tactical and done some homework. I have not run across a better setup than what you have put together, excellent job! I have no idea where to start to duplicate your build and also don't know the rules/etiquette and figured id just ask, do you have a list of components that you would share.? Either way freakin nice build. I've saved my pennies and have about $900 to put into the 870 before the wife figures out what's happening.
Thank you inadvance.
