I have a Remington #24449 Police with 18.5" parkerized barrel and Wilson/XS Ghost Ring Sights.
The front sight is a somewhat high blade.
I would like an 18.5" parkerized barrel that has the same front sight as I have now + the ability to accept Remchokes.
Is something like that available?

Is there a specific reason you want to use choke tubes? Fixed chokes are tougher and require less maintenance, which is why they're still common on combat shotguns.
I think pretty much all of Remington's Police 870 barrels (14" - 20" Parkerized barrels) have fixed chokes. Some Express Tactical barrels are threaded for choke tubes because they're used on guns that come with Remington's "tacti-cool" breacher choke installed. One of those would drop onto your gun and work fine (as long as it's not meant for the special 6-round Tactical receivers), but it won't be Parkerized.
If you want to be able to use choke tubes, you could just have a gunsmith thread your current barrel. It'll probably cost about the same as - or even a little less than - buying a new barrel (though you won't have an extra barrel you can sell to help offset the cost).

Your best bet is going to be having the barrel threaded by a gunsmith but I agree with Synchronizor. Unless you have a specific reason why you want choke tubes for an HD gun, I would leave it as is and run a fixed choke. There is less chance of the choke tube parting from the barrel at a most inopportune time.

I've looked and priced having a barrel cut and threaded. For myself it's just faster to buy a new barrel. You can get a fixed improved cyl police barrel for almost the same price as having a smith thread one. I purchased a 20" tactical standard mounting ring barrel from Midway for about 160 bucks. It came with the "tacti-cool" choke that is a paper weight on my counter. Bought a improved choke at Academy for 16.00 bucks. 18.5 improved fixed choke is less than that. Usually about 120.00 for a Remington barrel.
I keep one of my receivers setup with a cylinder bore 18.5" 4+1. For HD it's a stout little engine loaded with low recoil 00 buck or even 2.5" low recoil tactical slugs. With the Tactical slugs it's a 5 +1

The only reason I see for a threaded HD barrel is to add a suppressor.
